Hemp Seeds - Hemp seeds are full of different minerals including iron, magnesium, zinc, calcium, and phosphorous. As well as amino acids, edible oils, healthy fats, and gamma linoleic acid (GLA), which is a natural hormone regulator. They are actually great for all body functions! *I add Hemp Seeds to my salads, pastas, and especially our Friday night pizza!!


Turmeric - Helps to detox the liver which will help to regulate your hormone levels. *I love making my own "mac'n'cheese" which I add loads of turmeric for the golden color it offers.


Ginger - Increases blood flow to reproductive organs for both men and women. It not only balances hormones but also stimulates libido. *We keep Ginger tea on hand for an after dinner, before bed time drink.


Brazil Nuts - High in Selenium - which plays a key role in thyroid and autoimmune health, it protects thyroid cells from oxidative damage. *Because we are always eating on the go, we love the ease of Brazil Nuts (or any nuts). And they are the choice food for Blue Macaws - thanks to the movie Rio for teaching us that.


Goji Berries - Are nutrient dense and provide positive effects on hormones for men and women. *Dried Goji berries are a quick and easy snack, you can even add them to a homemade trail mix with Brazil Nuts!


Avocado - Eat avocados every day to balance your hormones. *My daughter eats avocados like apples, peel and eat.


Salmon - Full of Omega-3 fatty acids, salmon is great for hormonal function. *We love Salmon for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So easy to make a meal around Salmon.
